Touch Team Update

Mon Feb 12 01:10pm

Good afternoon St Michael’s Whanau,

Firstly, a huge thank you to all parents and children who have already registered for touch. Your enthusiasm and support are greatly appreciated.

We are thrilled to announce that we have enough seniors (Year 5 and 6) to form a team, and we’re fortunate to have a coach in place. However, we are currently facing a challenge with our middle school team (Year 3-4). While we have enough children interested, we are in need of a coach to make this team a reality. Without a coach, we won’t be able to proceed with games and practices. If anyone within our community is able to step up and take on this coaching role, it would be immensely beneficial to our young athletes.

On another note, we unfortunately do not have enough children in Years 1 and 2 to form a touch team. However, we do have a coach ready and waiting. If any Year 1 and 2 children have forgotten to submit their touch forms or have a sudden interest in joining, please let us know as soon as possible.
