PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Tēnā koutou kātoa e te whānau,
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved kaumatua, Matua Chris Hepi. We will be saying farewell to him tomorrow, with a Requiem Mass at St Michael's Church at 11:30 a.m., which our senior classes will attend. We warmly welcome parents and whānau to join us as we honour and remember Matua Chris, a treasured member of our community who gave so much of himself to our school.
Thank you to the families who have already completed the Whānau Survey! For those who haven’t had a chance yet, there’s still time to enter the draw for a $100 grocery voucher. Please follow the link to share your voice and help us continue to grow and improve. Whanau Survey

A reminder that we have a Teacher Only Day on Friday, 15 November. This day is dedicated to professional development as our staff explore the updates in the newly refreshed NZ Curriculum. With significant changes ahead, this time will ensure that we begin the new year well-prepared.
On Friday, 1 November, we are proud to support Gumboot Friday. Funds raised will go towards providing immediate, free counseling to young Kiwis in need. Thank you in advance for supporting this important cause!
This week we also welcomed Lauren and Harold from the Life Ed programme. Lauren has enjoyed working alongside our teachers and students, and we’re sure you’ve heard all about Harold’s visit!
